Introduction:
Our factory specialized in research, development, design, sales and service of material storage and drying technology. Equipped with processing units from Europe, NC flame cutting machine, steel structure sandblasting equipment, automatic paint room, large shearing and bending machine and NC punching machine, we provide various types of spiral steel silos (capacity: 30-8000t) and ancillary equipment, including self-control system, in-taking and discharging system, cleaning system, drying system, fumigation system, refrigeration system, insulation system, level-indicators and ventilation system, a turn-key project from design, civil work, manufacture, installation, commissioning to personnel training.
Advantage:
1. Using 350g/m2 hot galvanized steel plate and Germany Technology: Crimping and seaming of five-layer spiral steel plates ensures airproof. High strength and Never seepage. Maintenance is not need in 30 years.
2. Adopt hot galvanized steel to make Bucket-elevator,Chain- conveyor,slide gate and other equipment. Extended five times in lifetime.
3. The head frame,catwalk and all steel structure outside is made from hot galvanized steel.
4. Steel base can be used for silo to save cost and time.
5. Provide design,manufacture,installation turn-key project.
